Help with equips?

So. Since my usual class is the Bowman class, I'm already collecting equips for my now Bishop soon to be Bowman, but I have some problems collecting all parts needed. My usual set contains:

Blue Armis (Have)
Zakum Helmet (Once I can Zakum, I guess...)
Stormcaster gloves (Problem ;_; )
Blue Arnah Shoes (Also problematic ;_; )
Sirius Cape (HALP!)
HT Necklace (Hunt, I guess)
Shield Earrings (Still a mystery.)
Chocolate bar (Once I'm rich. Very rich.)
110 bow, or timeless if I can get one.(Luck with the gamble...)

My main issue is with the Stormcasters, Sirius cape and the Arnahs. No quests = no Sirius, no Maker = no Arnahs and I don't have all the objects (codes plox!) to create the scroll to create the Stormcasters, + I can't start the quest. Any way the quests can be activated? That would help a lot allready...

So... Help? :3 Anyone selling, by any chance?
