Instant d/ces if you go to the fm then go through the fm portal you d/c. if you try getting back on it will show the map of ellinia for a few seconds and dc you giving you an error code.

Yeah I'm getting the same issue...I thought it was just me T_T

It's only the towns too by the way. Seems like those TV's aren't appearing when you try to log in. I just played on a guest char just fine by using @spinel and moving only to maps that aren't towns.
